Art of mana #15
I rarely recommend people, not to mention streamers but this one caught my attention one night after I was trying to cool off doing development on the game.
This is how I stumbled upon ArtOfMana on Twitch.
He has a family friendly space there and you can find some of his archived videos on Youtube as well.

I saw him playing a game called Secret of Mana on SNES (Super Nintendo Entertainment System) and I was blown away by some of the mechanics of the game.

This game is so ahead of it's time that if you check it's manual you will find something called Ring of Commands which is like an inventory system. Judging by the limitations of the technology, screen space and sources of inspirations back in '93 this is one of the coolest ideas that I've ever seen in a 2d game.

As a side-note I purchased Cuphead via Twitch using ArtOfMana's stream. I personally recommend against buying games via Twitch because they have a laggy game client.
